I had the same problem. I assume you are using Opera 34? Upgraded to Windows 10 and Opera started to giving me "this webpage is not available" message occasionaly. I got rid of all extensions, but did not help. Than I thought that it might be my router throwing out requests, also not the case. I'm back on Chrome now because there is something not right with Opera. I have never seen the "this webpage is not available" message again. Another thing is it that Opera freezes quite often and is really annoying to use on Windows 10.

I did not install Opera until I had already installed Windows 10 Pro and it is running very well for me. Ultimately, I ended up doing a fresh install of 10 from a usb flash drive and wiped my hard drive clean. I am not sure what kind of upgrade you actually did, but there is one where all applications and files are wiped clean and the second is where you keep those items. There may be some sort of conflict based on what kind of upgrade you actually did. Maybe a complete uninstall of Opera and then try a fresh install may help ? Just tossing this out here....

Actually I did it either way, Opera still sucks on Windows 10. No matter if you perform clean installation or upgrade those problems still persists. Just search the forums, lots of people are having problem with freezing and processing web page requests particularly with Windows 10.

OK, sorry to hear this. I am new to Opera and as I said, I am having very few problems with it right now, if any. Hopefully one of the usual support folks here will be able to help you out.
