Opera 12.17 Compatibility with windows 10

Hi I am a diehard user of opera and have got to the stage where i continue to use 12,17 knowing that sometime in the future i will probably have to accept that windows 10 is inevitable and have to look for a new browser .
Does anyone have any experience of trying to run 12.17 with windows 10 . Could i continue to do this once i have reloaded 10 or will it be lost forever.David

It works fine in Windows 10. It's hard to think of anything that ran in, say, Win7, that won't in Win10, short of certain low-level programs that install drivers and therefore would need updating (AV programs, virtualization programs, etc).
