No system updates.
I do think I have my extension on autoupdating. That would fit, since Athlonite said this got fixed for him at around the same time and we share some of those extensions (uBlock comes to mind).
What do you mean with proxies and connection parameters? I know what those are but, what?

I guess if you ask - you didn't customise any much there.
Well, Turbo, for example, means not only rerouting, but also changing the data packages - including that images get resized.
Also, very slow (or perhaps unstable) connections may lead to the data being inappropriately processed or acquired... -

Yeah, thought so. But nope, I didn't touch absolutely anything over there. Didn't even use Turbo.

The solution I found was to reset Opera Browser to the default settings. It worked.
