I had to reinstall Opera after a giant computer snafu. I'm running windows 8.1
My Speed Dial icons used to be centered under the google search bar. Now they are down at the bottom of the screen and off-center.I've searched google for the last hour or so and I recall there being a wrench icon, but it is now missing. I've gone through all the settings. I'm about to tear my hair out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you are using Opera 34 you can adjust the number of columns in the speed dial in the Settings page. It will say "Maximum number of columns:" and have a drop down where you can select a number. Make sure you have 'Show advanced settings' checked or you wont see it.
