Address bar on the top?

Hello,
I'm somewhat new to Opera an I have a lame question. Is there a possibility to place the address bar above bookmarks bar? I want to set address bar on the top, like that:

you meant tabs bar, bookmarks bar is already under the address bar
no, sry, there is no way to do that
