Hi, I recently discovered this fantastic program (much better than Mail on Windows 10) but I have a question...
There is way for start the program when I turn on the PC?
There is a optio for reduce Opera Mail on the system tray instead of closing?

Ctrl + Alt + Shift + h will minimize Opera Mail to the system tray.
To start Opera Mail when windows starts, create a shortcut to operamail.exe and place it in the windows startup folder.
To start and minimize to the tray at the same time, I think you'll need to use a 3rd party program that starts operamail.exe and invokes the keyboard shortcut on it. I don't remember if there's a /Hide command-line switch or anything like that.
