Bugs on new update: link button gets pressed even if I tap on something else!

I'm finding a few bugs with the most recent update. This one is the worst.
If I'm on a page that has link buttons on it, then no matter where I click on that page, the first or active button will be pressed. This happens even if I am scrolled away so that the button is not visible at the time.
This is maddeningly annoying - it most often happens when trying to edit posts on a vBulletin forum:the first link button on the editing page is "delete", so every time I edit a post, it ends up being deleted instead.
The other bugs are almost always creating a new tab when switching to Opera (even if I only left it for 30 seconds and the phone goes to sleep, it will generate a new tab when I unlock, rather than reverting to the one I was using) and occasionally losing the most recent version of tabs and usually losing scroll position when reloading, which is annoying, as tab reliability was one of my favourite things about Opera.
I'm also seeing a lot more sad orange cats than previously.
I'm using Jelly Bean on a Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini.
