Selective Sync Settings

I have opera on both my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (portrait mode & mobile view) and on my Samsung Galaxy Note Pro (landscape mode & desktop view). Whenever I change the view mode on my phone/tablet, it changes the view on both! Is it even an option now to keep it from changing my settings on both devices whenever I change it on one? Most browsers have an option to choose what you sync, but I can't find it on opera. This feature would be greatly appreciated if it's not there already
