How to move maximized bars under close button level?

Hello there,
When Opera for windows is maximized, the tabs are at the same level as minimize, maximize and close buttons. I am also using 3rd party program that adds additional buttons to the bar. Because of that, the tabs are overlayed:

Is the a way to make opera tabs stay on a lower level?
