Profile and cache locations

Hi,
I use Opera V32 on my Win7 computer (x64).
Default locations are :
Profil : L:\Users\Internet\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable
Cache : L:\Users\Internet\AppData\Local\Opera Software\Opera StableI would like to change these locations.
I don't find a way by the Windows registry.
I don't succeed using command line parameters.
I don't succeed using files like "operaprefs.ini", "operaprefs_default.ini" and "operaprefs_fixed.ini".
Perhaps there is a way to do it, perhaps it is not possible.
Has someone an idea?

It is possible with command line arguments placed inside the Opera shortcut. Research the command line switches used with Google Chrome. Opera uses basically the same ones.
