loading tabs at startup

Hello,
Can we deactivated tabs loading at startup ?
I don't want to delay the loading, just not load them until they become visible.

"Delay loading of background tabs" seems doing the job.

But the label doesn't seems to be good or at least the meaning is not clear enough.

I had understood it as it will load tabs after a delay (seems legit, no ?)

You can set Open the start page (Default option in almost all browsers), if you won't to load any tab. And yes this label means that.
