When will "New Opera" be pushed to 12.16 users?

I have been patiently waiting for this to happen. I don't want to manually download Opera 20 because then I will have two Opera versions installed. Please advise me on when "New Opera" is expected to be pushed to existing Opera 12.16 users. Thank you.

You might be waiting in vain. When it's pushed probably it'll do the same as currently. Install on a different location, import the 12.x profile and leave it alone (not uninstalling the previous version).
I'll happen by mid-2014 according to this article.
