Double click window - new tab ?

Hello,
It seems like I used the 'double click in title bar' a lot to open a new tab in the previous Opera versions, but since the update isn't possible anymore (it just rescale the opera window, like most windows applications) Can this be fixed ? With a plug-in maybe or anything else ? Can't seems to find anything in the options.

To open a new window it the current version of Opera you click the + icon to the right of your tabs in the tab bar. Of you can open a new tab from the Opera menu. Using the keyboard there is also Ctrl+T. Outside of mouse gestures thats basically it for the default browser. I don't know of any extensions that do what you are asking.
