Remove a device from the Synced tabs

Do you know how to remove a device from the Synced Devices tab?
I've uninstalled Opera Developer from my computer and that device or installation as you can call it, still appears in the Synced Devices tab. I don't know how to remove it. I have already successfully removed from the Synced Speed Dials.

Same question. I have wiped and reinstalled the OS on a computer, but the previously synced tabs are still listed on my account. Is there no way to delete them?
