outlook.com won't save sign in details

There is a box for saving sign in details but it won't click so I have to keep reentering sign in details every time
Can someone advise how to activate the Save option please?

No-one has any idea why on Opera Mini on my phone I can see a box to Save my sign-in settings?
the cursor won't go on the check-box all the time and when it does the box is not activated.

Any ideas gratefully received. Thanks
