Not allowing pop-up login screen to appear

I'm trying to login to a site which has a pop-up screen for the login, but nothing happens when I click the "click here to log in" button. I've changed the settings to allow the popups, but it still doesn't work. However, I can go to Firefox and it will successfully pop up. What am I doing wrong?

Tested and not working here in Opera 32. It seems the pop-up is javascript.

Opera supports Javascript already. Its probably some other issue causing the problem. Till then try here:
