Having the same issue on a 2560 x 1440 monitor with 100% zoom level (Surface Pro 3). Checkboxes are comically small and telling the difference between a checked and a non-checked box is basically a game of chance.

I have the same issue with a 20" monitor at its native 1680x1050; can just barely make out if boxes are checked or radio buttons are filled in.

          Update:
If the "display scaling" in Windows is normal (100%), the problem doesn't occur on high-res displays.

However on high-res displays, you need to set the scaling at 150 or 200% to see anything properly, and that's when the checkbox / radio elements DO NOT scale up properly in Opera.

            I use a Samsung 13.3" Ultrabook.

Same here (2880x1620). Checkboxes impossible to determine if checked or not.

Same problem here. 250% scaling in Windows 10 with a 3600x1800 resolution on a 13 inch screen. checkboxes are just impossible to figure out. You have to zoom until it's pretty much just the one fields to see if it's checked or not.

in the example below the calculated font size for both the text and the checkboxes is 14.4px and the text is very legible.

http://www.nctoolco.com/proddetail.php?prod=0209 (shows radio buttons - which are small but legible)

If you add a product and go to the checkout page you have checkbox options that are impossibly small.

                  13 inch screen

Wow, maybe turn your res down if you have a screen that tiny. Last time I saw a screen that small it was on a cash register. There is a problem was Opera with scaling but theres some things you just shouldn't do. What 13 inch screen supports a resolution that large?

Lots of Ultrabooks come like that, very high resolutions are the norm now.

I just wanted to add another report of this issue. My Dell laptop has a 3200x1800 display and scaling is set to the (Dell recommended) 200%. Most programs display great, but in Opera checkboxes and radio buttons aren't properly scaled and just appear as tiny dots. As others have noted, it's almost impossible to tell if a checkbox is checked or empty.

Usually I just end up using another browser, but I'd love to see this addressed in Opera.

By way of an update, a few days back I deleted my Opera program folder and did a fresh install of v35...the scaling issues are now all resolved. There must have been some remnants from older versions in the install folder that were causing issues.

The fresh install also cleared up some HTML5 video problems I was having.
