How Can i Fix This problem ?

i forgot to say: it-s not working when i use: run as administrator neither !!! i reinstaled it several times

lo tengo en español. y sale en ingles.

voy ha .cambiar de operador. porque . no es normal que pongas un idioma. y siempre te sale en ingles. SOY ESPAÑOL. Y si Opera no traduce pues losiento.
