Try downloading an offline installer for Flash. Make sure its the version for Opera. Then run it when the web browser is closed.

Will that even work? I thought Flash broke because the internal plugin was out of date?

I know Chrome shut off the auto run. But didn't think Opera would follow suit. It's causing all sorts of odd issues. Some sites it's needed to post stuff and it shuts off without telling me so I have to restart Opera (32) have the beta Flash installed. Same problem. Basically most of my browsing will have to go back to Opera 12 now. Only way the sites run. Also I've noticed Opera 32 is extremely slow now. Probably because of the Flash issue.

Nah, wouldn't be caused by Flash being off. In fact the 'Flash shutting off' issue you are talking about seems pretty weird too. I think you have larger issues. I'm running Opera 32 with Flash 19 and don't have any problems.

my problem is that when upgraded to 32 (with win7 32bit) the flash player has stop oparting automatically. It needed all the time the enable it myself through the flash window in order to play. I updated the flash player to 19 but still the same. What should I do? I even unistalled opera and installed it again. The problem persists.

Can you post a screen shot of the issue? Specifically the part where you have to enable it through the flash window, cause that sounds wonky. Just upload the screenshot to an image hosting website and link it here.

I do not know how to do this, but it is easy to understand. The window that is supposed to have the falsh video or flash content is grey with a play button in the middle and it says "click to run abdobe flash player". That's it. It is like it is not enabled in the plugins settings (but it is).

Oh, Its one of two things: you have Opera Turbo turned on. Its in the Opera Menu. Turn it off. Turbo is a bandwidth saving feature. It makes Flash click to play because Flash objects tend to hog bandwidth.
If that doesn't fix it check your settings, specifically the plugins area. If it is set to 'Click to play' instead of 'Run all plug-in content', well, I'm sure you get the deal there.
Either of those fix it? Please say which one for future googlers.

Yes. It was the opera turbo of the 32 version that made it. You were right. I have to check my home PC because this one works fine but maybe it doesn't have turbo on. Thanks mate.

I had the same issue, but it was simply that my installation failed to install the Adobe Flash Player plug-in. I had to manually download and re-install Flash Player.
