Does it happen every time to you, or only once per several times? I'd like to know more and report a proper bug, but no matter how much I try, I am unable to reproduce this effect. Mine is Win10 64-bit, clean Opera installation with one tab only, as in your attachment, the only difference is that I don't have any extensions. Thanks.
