Hello there.
It is impossible to watch the video on YouTube 30, 31, and 32 version still have not fixed it - Laggy, Choppy, Stuttering... Useless Browser. On Firefox, Edge i don't have any problem.
When you will be FIX it?

Are you trying to watch Flash or HTML5 videos? What are your system specs (CPU, GPU, RAM, WIndows version, etc)? Do you have hardware acceleration enabled?
