Opera not responding

  • Once again, when I try and send attachments via my google mail when I am adding attachments I always get a message 'Opera not responding' it then closes down completely, the second issue is that when I open a new Opera web page, it asks me to install a newer version of Opera, when I select 'ok' it tells me I cannot do this as I am not a privileged user.....urm Hello... I am the administrator of this pc. using windows 10, it still did this before I upgraded to windows 10 from windows XP Pro.
    Would it sort itself out if I was to un-install Opera from my PC altogether >>restart >> and then download Opera as if for the first time,
    any help and advice would be appreciated please, and thank you in advance for any suggestions you may have.

    thanks for your responses guys, sadly it is goodbye to Opera from me as nothing is working, I have decided now to remove Opera altogether from my pc and look to other platforms, it has been good in the past but with a lot of issues, it is a shame and anyone can contact me from my contact details, I cannot afford to have a platform keep going wrong on me,
    It has been good knowing you guys
