Synchronize my browsing data. How?

Hi,
I have new OS and want to sync my speed dials, but can't find how.
I saw a FAQ and found this: "What services can I use with my Opera account? - Synchronize your browsing data between computers, phones and tablets."
So I want synchronize my browsing data.
I have Opera 31.0

You can sync your ID using the icon at the end of the Address bar. It's a circle with a figure in it. When it's sync'd it will put a tick on the Icon.
There's no guarantees Opera will sync everything. It's not as good as Chrome sync or speedial 2.I've sync'd my stuff, (on Win8.1 super user account) but Speed Dial on my admin user account is not updated with my dials from my other normal user ID ?
I wont hold my breath waiting for Opera to respond tho !

I already signed in account, but can't sync my speed dials... Other things, like a history are synced.

Speed dials currently sync to a folder in your bookmarks manager. Full sync is coming in a later version.
