I use xmarks in IE, Firefox, & Chrome. I would like to use it here? but I don't see it. Am I missing it? Thank you.

Its up to xmarks to support or not support Opera. There is an extension that allows you to download chrome extensions and use them in Opera but it is not made by the Opera team and it is entirely unofficial. It is called 'Download Chrome Extension'
