Importing Opera 12 Speed Dial from other machine

I know you can import all old Opera 12 stuff if it's on the same machine, but I need to import from a different machine. I already successfully transferred my bookmarks as an HTML but I can't find anything about importing the even more important Speed Dial. I have the SpeedDial.ini file ready but where do I go from here?

Idea: Perhaps install Opera 12 on the new machine, import the SpeedDial.ini there and THEN import into the new Opera...?

I doubt you can copy Speed Dial from Presto to Chromium that way.
