Opera 12.17 open tabs details.

I'm looking to copy all the open tabs from one PC running Opera 12.17 to another to me some time.
Can anyone tell me how to do this please?

I've tried to find a "place holder" file that contains this information without success. Can someone point me to the aforementioned file name(s) and location(s) please?

I think this might be possible using the Syncronize tool but I'd like to do this manually and offline if at all possible.

have you tried saving the session and then transferring that file?

it is in your profile folder/sessions/your_session_name.win
