Troubles with synchronization

I use Opera developer 33.0.1967.0 at three computers under Windows 10 64-bit and under Window 7 64-bit. During synchronization the part of bookmarks doubles, trebles and even is quadrupled. This is bug, as I understand. Whether somebody can tell there is this bug in the Opera's bug tracker?
And maybe somebody knows as to clear the list of excess bookmarks, except as manually?
