Migrate away & copy User Profile data from Chrome? How?

Given the kind of pains I am experiencing with Chrome and seeing how opera has become wow! I'd like to migrate all my info from Chrome.

If I can copy the entire thing or select files to opera that would be great. Primarily I'd atleast like to move these things:

Extensions (synced but No Data or Settings synced)

• Extension Configs/ Settings + Extension Local Stored Data (Very important)
  (Especially, in extensions like Session Buddy I have stored stuff for few years now)

History
Cookies (Important for forums I frequent)

Bookmarks
Passwords (Using lastpass so not that much of an issue)

What are the things that opera will accept from chrome user profile data without rejection. If any modification is required, what and how?
