How to change zoom shortcut

Hello

In Opera 31, Ctrl+scroll zooms in and out. However, I'd like to change that shortcut to Shift+Ctrl+scroll, so that I have less of a change to accidentally zoom in or out. I find that my Gmail is different sizes on different parts of the day, due to me accidentally zooming in and out (perhaps because I try to scroll too quickly after I open a new tab?).

I asked about this a while ago as well, but as of yet the mouse wheel can't be used when configuring shortcuts.
