Important update for Opera stable: 32.0.1948.69, the change log, and the announcement

Highlights:

- Chromium upgrade to version 45.0.2454.93,

- Fix for a nasty crash with 16-character link,

- Fix for re-sizing browser window on Mac,

- Fix for renderer crash inside Trash folder in Bookmarks.

If you perform the steps above and your Opera crashes, it means that you need to update to the newest one which contains the fix."
