I use Opera 31.0 beta and when playing back recordings from the YouTube channel there is a slowdown and stuttering playback. When using another browser that's not the case, everything works normally. It happened on Win 7, Win 8.1 and now Win 10. What's the problem?

Are you using the Flash youtube player or the HTML5 youtube player? If the former, which version of Flash do you have installed?
