Geolocation: Cant turn off

I installed geolocation for opera (ver 31) and now I am unable to turn it off.
Older version of opera had a preferences area where I could turn off google geolocation but latest version only has settings with nowhere to turn off geolocation (only to turn off location tracking of websites which is not the same thing). How can I turn this off? Is there somewhere in registry I can go? -

I should add that some websites use ip address to track your geolocation, but that only give an approximate location such as the city where you are from.
