Can't stack tabs with Opera 30 and Windows 10

I can't get browsers tabs to stack. If I drag a tab over another one, it just reorders the tabs instead of stacking them.

I'm using Opera 30 and Windows 10. (I'm not sure if this if this is a problem with Opera, Windows 10, or the combination as this is the first time I'm using them.)

Is this a bug or can anyone tell me if I'm doing something wrong?

Opera 30 does not have tab stacking.
