Bug: Opera installer detects user language wrongly

Windows "Regional and Language Options" are set:

"Location" - Ukraine

"Standarts and Formats" - Ukrainian

BUT

Opera installer displays its interface in some other language (Russian or Bulgarian).

I've got it... It uses "MUI Language" setting from "Regional and Language Options". I think this behavior is OK.

So we can close this thread. Sorry for disturbing.
