Cant block the kick-ass torrents pop-ups no matter what...

On pop-ups tab i have marked this
Do not allow any site to show pop-ups (recommended)
and on exceptions i even copy-pasted the url-s of the sites and set it to block, and it still pops them up.
So what am i doing wrong?

Nothing. Pop-ups are an arms race and Operas pop-up blocker is pretty basic. Get a full fledge ad blocker extension from the Opera extensions site.

You could also try the uBlock extension it much more light weight compared Adblock, adblock+ and adguard I currently ust it and never recieve popups from kickass
