Opera 20.0.1387.64 Proxy Connection Failure

Since I upgraded to Opera 20.0.1387.64 on Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit I am having problems connecting to a corporate Websense proxy. This worked correctly up until Opera 19.x. The actual error message is "Unable to connect to the proxy server". I am able to connect to the Websense proxy on the same machine using IE11 & Chrome 33.x. I have rebooted. Any ideas?
