How to make Opera to remember a scroll position??? For example i go to the bottom of a page click on link go to next page then when i go back i want the page to be scrolled to the bottom where i left it not the top of the page.How to do that?

You did not mention which version of Opera you are using. You did not mention which website you are having the issue on. You also keep using multiple question marks in your posts, which is considered rude. You are doing your best to make people not want to help you and then you are complaining about not getting any help after only 24 hours. I'm going to attribute this only to pebkac; problem exists between keyboard and chair.
As for your problem, I am not experiencing it on my end and you've given so little information that I can't help you track down the cause. I can only guess that maybe the website has some scrip preventing what you want from happening. For example a website that uses dynamic generation would have this problem and theres no way around it because the website is created new every time it is viewed. That kind of thing.

Opera version is the latest 30.0.1835.88 The problem is with Youtube and other sites.

Can you tell me browser that dont have this problem with youtube? I tried Chrome and its the same.

There will be zero browsers that allow that on youtube. Youtube has dynamically generated pages. The page is generated new every time you visit it regardless if you are going to the page via a link or backwards in your browser. This is not a problem with your web browser, this is a limitation with the way youtube has scripted their website.
