How to disable tooltips in Opera 30

Those little boxes that pop up next to the cursor when hovering over certain pages like yahoo mail.
Can anyone give a step by step description on how to accomplish this?

Opera 30 doesn't have popup tooltips like Opera 12 and earlier, which you could disable.
I think you'll find that the popups you're seeing are generated by the website itself, and are nothing to do with the browser.
