Opera should have better video controlers for HTML5 (Opera uses the defaut one), Firefox for example has a better one.

I really can't stand no JS and other Mini quirks. I'll wait to see how it plays on a full browser.

Based on this: We're also working on a number of new features, which we're quite excited about, but which are not yet available in this build. I really hope they will add this:

NO!!!!!!!11, unless it's optional. I hate that iOS-like interface
I prefer the current one, very suitable for one-hand use. -

Whare are you seeing iOS-like interface?
Now that he mentioned it, iOS' task switcher is quite similar.
I prefer the current one, very suitable for one-hand use.
Apart from the Private tabs separator in the top which may be hard to reach, it looks like a similar experience as long as we can swipe tabs up to close them.

I use ANDROID and I like ANDROID, not IOS!!
Also, as I said, it is less friendly for one-handed use, specially on big phones/phablets.
I hope Opera Mobile adds things like add-ons or extensions, single-column mode like O12, night mode, font size settings, fast back and forward, touch gestures, default zoom settings like O12, ability to disable JavaScript, per-site settings like Chrome, an about:config-like page like in O12 (not the current about:flags which is too basic), ability to change the home page...
PS: By the way, almost 2 months without any new beta or stable release???????

It's pretty similar, however don't fotget you can change the layout of the browser to tablet mode on big phones/phablets.

Is the new Beta update coming?
With Google as vendor for Opera browser they work with Google team, I suppose that's still on schedule.

Play Store is saying that my Xperia S (with Android 4.1) is not compatible!

Thank you probabily I will try it (when a possibly new release is launched)

Google isn't the vendor, there is no vendor as Chromium (which isn't Google) is an open source project which Opera also develops for.
And has been a month ago since Chromium released v.44 which Opera 31 desktop followed shortly.

Hi @sidneyneto,
We just pushed a new version of OfA to the play store and accidentally pushed it to early. Thats why OfA beta armv7 will be unavailable for a short while. But we just published the new beta so it should be available for you to download shortly! Sorry for the inconvenience.

@derek46 Navigator vendor is Google Inc., previously until Opera Mobile v28 was "Opera" and that's a fact.

No that's not a fact.
End of topic.
