Load local HTML file

Not to long ago I remember being able to Page -> Load file. I can no longer find this function with the new Opera.
Has this function been moved somewhere? Is there a work-around to loading and viewing local files such as HTML and image files?

just drag and drop it on opera window (not UI)

The feature has disappeared since Opera's move to Chromium from Presto, as many other features.

You can also just right click on the file in your file manager and open it with Opera.
