Bug with Pin Tab.

If you select the option:
Open the start page

The browser never saves any Pin Tab.

That is not a bug. The 'Open the start page' option does just that, opening only the start page. Pinned tabs only persist after you exit Opera if you are using the 'Continue where I left off' startup option.
