Translate extension not working in Opera 32

Popular extension (2+ million downloads) Translate no longer works with latest Opera developer 32.0.1899.0.
Translation bar does not show up on any website.
Options page shows endless loading animation:
I tested fresh USB installation with no other extensions.
Can anyone confirm?
As the extension has not been modified in a year, is there anything Opera did to cause the problem, and could do to fix it?

I'm having the same problem, don't know how to fix it.
Maybe we should try to experiment in opera://flags or contact the developer of the extension.
