Hello,
i using Opera 30.0.1856.92967 on my Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G900F.
Opera is crashing when i use the app BoxToGo for fritzbox Routers. In this app i can click "Open extern Address" and the Address will open with Opera. Is its a https address. Opera display that the Certificate is expired and i can normaly click on continue. But Opera is freeze or crashing at this Point. I can not click on continue. When Opera is crashing the Opera app will close without report, simply closed.I delete the app Data complete and i delete the App and install again on my Smartphone, no solution. When i open the extern address in the BoxtoGo app opera is freeze or crashing by the ssl Site.
What can i do?
Thank you for your Answer!

Hi,
Thanks for your bug report! We are aware of the issue, and a fix for this should be included in a future stability update. The fix is included in the latest release of Opera beta. Could you verify that it works for you there?

Hello,
i testet the Opera beta and this app have the same Error.
Today i become over the Playstore an Update from the Opera app. Now i have Opera 30.0.1856.93524.
Now Opera will not crash, but the tab with the "SLL Certificate is expired" will close when i click on continue. Opera is active but the Tab is closed.
I go directly again in the App boxtogo and click again "Open extern Adresse" and now Opera open the Website without problems. -

well, since ver. 30, after installed it via play store then press "Continue" it crashed, even when clearing data or device's cache.

@teuto: Hi. All right. 30.0.1856.93524 contains the fix for when the SSL interstitial crash, so that part seems to work. It's unfortunate that you're still experiencing problems though. We will take a look and see if we can reproduce the problem.
@zizoshx13: Ouch, that looks serious. It's unrelated to this particular bug though. It's hard to debug these type of crashes without any context.
What Android version are you running?
Do you know how to use Android logcat? If so, it would be very helpful if you could send us the log output it shows when Opera crashes.

Just thought to add my own experiences with Opera Mobile. On both my Xperia M2 (4.4.2) and my Lenovo Tab S8 (4.4.1) the Opera browser crashes on startup without fail and will not allow me to browse any sites what so ever, simply loading into the speed dial causes the app to crash to my home screen. This is with the latest version of the browser from the Google Play Store. Just to note, this is the only app which I have trouble with on either of my android devices.
The browser will run flawlessly for a few days and then this problem occurs, this shouldn't be happening. I have since downloaded the beta version of the Opera browser to see if it is any better, failing that I will just move to an alternative if this issue is not fixed soon.
