Where is Show Menu Bar???

I am trying to figure out how to search a page for a keyword with Edit, Find. According to your Help page, it should be http://help.opera.com/Windows/10.50/en/menus.html it should appear when I press the red O in upper left corner- I do get a menu, but there is NO Show Menu Bar, and 30 minutes into this I STILL can't perform as simple a function as Find on a webpage! What is going on????
I came to Opera with high hopes, but if this was a conscious choice to remove a standard feature from the user's easy access it's a deal breaker. So, I will ask again- s

That is the help page for Opera 10.50, which was released about 6 years ago. If you are on the latest version you will be using Opera 30. As you can imagine things have changed quit a bit since then. Opera 15 and above does not have a menu bar.
Anyway, the find function is located in Opera Menu > Page > Find in page. The keyboard shortcut for this is Ctrl + F.
