Order for native window

Hello.
Is it possible to place html content over native windows (object embed etc)?

Example page - http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x13oazq_manny-pacquiao-vs-juan-manuel-marquez-iv-08-12-2012-hd_sport

the player here is a native window.

if i want create some html element, for example menu, and place it to page, the menu will be always behind the player.
so is there a way how i can show a html content over of native window?
