Possibly the same problem I'm seeing.. JavaScript is blocked according to the error message.
It is not blocked in my settings, but it still complains about being blocked.
Opera V29 was OK, V30 fails any site which depends on JavaScript (not talking about JAVA btw!) -

Forgot to add..
I'm using Win 8.1 X64 just reinstalled last week due to this problem with both Chrome & Firefox. Internet Explorer works (most of the time) but some screens also fail due to this problem when running IE. -

I have the same problem with Youtube on 29 and 30 beta. Both versions of Opera were freshly installed (one after the other). It worked fine for 1 day after the install but next day it was all f****d up. Someone fix it, I got no time to reinstall my browser everytime it crashes.

Solved
go to the opera:flags#mse-h264-support, and select "Disabled" from the drop-down, relaunch the Opera

Install the extension MAGIC ACTIONS and in Options select Flash in paragraph Force Player Type. This should help.
