I've just updated to the latest version but my bookmarks are now not showing, they are still in "show all bookmarks" but don't show up in the menu. I have tried to sync them again but they still won't show.

This is a known problem in Opera 31 but that is a testing release. Are you having this issue in Opera 29? Thats the latest stable release.

Since the upgrade to V30, I have this problem too. Wasn't there 10 minutes ago, then got a message that opera has "upgraded" and now I can't access my bookmarks without using "Show All Bookmarks"!

Welp, looks like its being looked at. From the release post:

It's a known issue about missing bookmarks from OMenu. It's being investigated. -

Mine was fine in 29, when it went to 30 they wouldn't show in the menu, only in show all bookmarks.
