Opera Not Responding

I've been using the Opera browser for a few months now. This morning, when I turned on the computer, I clicked the Opera icon and... Nothing. I looked at the Task Manager, Opera was showing twice. But only using memory, not using any CPU or disk space. OK, I figured I would do a clean install. Not even the installer will work. Even that won't respond.
Any suggestions?
