How to copy/download History from one pc to another?

I want to transfer the browser history from one pc to another since Sync doesn't seem to do this?

How can I do it manually?

The easiest way I know of is to just copy the whole profile folder from the source PC, delete the existing profile on the destination PC and paste the copied from file in its place.
