Hi,

is there an add-on for showing/moving an tabbed web page in a new window via shortcut (not duplicating)?
Yes, I can move a tab outside of the Opera window to open it in / move it into a new window – but I need a keyboard shortcut.

There are currently no keyboard shortcuts to do that. If you need that ability, you could install an add-on like Tab to Window (https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/details/tab-to-window/?display=en) and then use a program like AutoHotKey or a custom script to assign that button to a keyboard shortcut.
